What's it all about?
Here at Shine Coaching, my goal is to help ignite that fire within you in order to inspire growth and live a fuller, more purposeful life.

It is important to know that I am not a mental health therapist . As such, I am not here to be solely responsible for creating and implementing your physical and mental well-being. However, during our coaching sessions, I will work as your partner to guide you toward setting goals and developing action steps to achieve them, including referral to a licensed mental health therapist if needed..

As your coach, I am not here to give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, through careful questioning, we will have conversations that can help examine what is important to you and how to incorporate those things into your daily life. We will also work together to find skills and tools that you can develop that work for your individual needs.

Working closely together, I will support and encourage you, as well as provide a safe space where you can overcome challenges and obstacles. My main aim is that this coaching experience will help transform your perspective on life.
So, while I won’t solve your problems for you, I will help guide you to work out your own solutions and build resilience so you can face challenges in the future. Throughout the process, you'll be in control of the direction and focus that our sessions take, knowing you have a trusted coach every step of the way.
