Whether you are just beginning your journey or are well on the way, Shine has plenty to offer in the way of support.  
 

I am happy to work with all age of client, although for those under 18 do recommend including me as an addition to your medical team.  Similarly, I enjoy working in all areas of mental health, although have particular expertise supporting those struggling with an eating disorder and would love to bring my knowledge and support as you find freedom from your own struggles.
