All About Me!
A long time ago, I used to believe I wasn’t worth getting to know.
AND, the gift of recovery brought me an incredible realization: I’m pretty awesome and have a lot to offer the world!

Me Personally!
First, and most importantly, I am truly thankful to have the most amazing family. I have a wonderful husband and am the proud mom of two awesome kids! I also mustn’t forget our beautiful fur babies, two border collies called Piper and Tinsel.
I love the outdoors, especially being at the beach, but can also be found sitting indoors unleashing my creativity through crafting and creating! Come fall, you’ll also hear me cheering loudly for my football team, THE Ohio State, as well as my two soccer teams, Everton & Wrexham.

Then there’s my writing, which has always been a passion of mine! Despite early doubts from an English Teacher who predicted my failure in her class, I think the ‘A’ I achieved, along with my 3 published books, have proved her wrong!
I’m sure there’s much more and so look forward to getting to share more as we get to know each other!

Me Professionally!
After graduating college, I began my career working in the mental health field. However, in 2001 I made the life-changing decision to move to the USA to teach in sunny Florida! During my time in Florida, while teaching, I have also successfully facilitated an eating disorder support group - both in-person and online. I am excited to return to my roots in the role of recovery coach.
